• Performed two formal code audits (Java, JavaScript, SQL, MicroStrategy) for new customer on-boarding and credit assignments to ensure accurate code logic, measures, and protections, according to audit objectives and testing methodology

• Evaluated automatability of operating processes ranging from logistics, to customer service management using Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software; Produced end-to-end documentation of RPA Bot Design Documents

• EY Employee Knowledge Graph: Developed a Neo4j knowledge graph including employee availability, skill, experience, and teams for increased efficiencies in staffing resources, tracking in-demand skills and locations, recruiting, and network management
• Advisory Consultant Program (ACP) Headcount Modeling: Worked directly with ACP Practice Partner and Director to build a sustainable Excel Model to track and predict future practice headcount accounting for hiring, attrition, and promotions
